good health also comes from staying physically active (including rolling in the hay!), mental outlook and eating right. I've learned how important having time out to read a book, meditate, walk in a beautiful setting, enjoying nature, watching kids play, laughing a lot, spending time with friends, and getting away from the everyday stresses of life.
