No one is perfect and life is unpredictable.  I'm always OK with rescheduling as I had to do it myself at times.  As long as you let me know we're all good!!

So on Monday this week I sent a p411 request for a Saturday appointment. When I got her email on Tuesday she was good with it, but I asked to change to Friday. Is this OK? Enough notice? I haven't received a response back and tried to send her another message. At this point I'm not sure if she's expecting me on Saturday and I would hate to get a bad reputation on a misunderstanding.. or I'm wondering if this provider (out of state) perhaps did not get any pre-bookings and simply cancelled her trip... kinda in the dark.

You have done your part.   If she has not checked her email and/or sent you a reply, that's on her.    
Question for you..... Did you contact her through p411 again?  If not, then definitely Send her another official p411 appointment request for Friday, and explain that Saturday doesn't work for you and would like to change to Friday and that you had emailed her but hadn't received a reply.  She will get That note through the p411 system for sure.

That's about all you can do then, right?
