An escort friend of mine told me that many of those places are rip-offs. They take about $1100 or whatever they can get from each guy with nothing more than promises. The guys dont get laid at all and no bjs either, maybe just a massage. They then get very upset and the bouncers escort them from the premises. The cab drivers who bring them there get 50% kickback of whatever they were able to take the guy for.

BEWARE!!

Terry (not the former Prince sideman and famous record producer) once was noted for this famous quote regarding his establishments: "Some guys like to shoot dice for $50, others for $500." Metro got one complaint too many about him and his businesses and was told to pack up and leave, sometime in the early '90s.

To my knowledge, these places have always been ROB City-hence the steroid addled bouncers which invariably accompany these places-why need to show muscle so quickly if you're running a legit business?

IMHO, the Metro cop is sadly uninformed about Industrial, and certainly at least about Amsterdam, where greed has taken the fun out of hobbying there (kind of what Harrah's has done with gambling, for those who understand the comparison).
