The legal angle is that most states of the union have 18 as the age of majority, hence the age of consent (to sex). Some states have extra provisos of age difference between the partners but these laws pre-suppose a non-commercial relationship.

I'm 24 and I wouldn't see anyone younger than me. Why?
Because at this age very few guys have the ability to see girls *and* treat them like ladies *but* not get overly attached and want some sort of real relationship. I'm not saying older men don't do the same, it just happens less frequently with age. But there are and always will be exceptions to almost any rule. if you find a lady you want to see... be charming and polite, and you may just talk her out of those panties anyways!
yeah, as you may have guessed, I run into that problem frequently.
You are concerned about attitude, not age. You want to be treated with respect and maturity. Now, what works for me is to give my provider references and talk to the lady on TER and by email and make her feel really comfortable with me. I am the youngest guy many ladies have seen and each one has said they would love to see me again as I am the exception to any age rules they may have.
