Bailey, check out the link below - you should find the information on posting provider ads and the TER review process to be quite helpful.  It also supplies guidelines on what is necessary to include a link in your posts to your web site.

The TER forums are discussion boards, and not an advertising medium.  However, providers are allowed to post one ad message per week on specific forums, provided it meets certain criteria (for example, ad posts are not allowed on the FAQ for Newbies board).

I am new and totally confused! I would like to have my site linked to me, and have people start reviewing me as well as post an ad or two... someone help!!

Maybe I am just tired but....I have gone to all of the links.  It tells you to get listed in the directory.  But I can't seem to find the directory!  lol
