What do you gals do to stay fit and energetic? I used to run since it really can take my mind clear and feeling the breeze it's so rejuvenating IMO. I used to run on elliptical but running outdoors can be amazing. I now live surrounded by asphalt roads so I'm not keen on having cars driving right next to me while I run. Then I started doing yoga and I can't recommend this enough. It's so amazing and I feel so flexible and healthy.

What do u guys do to stay healthy and physically fit?

I love to read, watch movies, yoga+pilates -- sometimes just at home in my living room+youtube!, I'm trying to get more into running but I'm a princess who hates being sweaty lol I like to go to the gym and use their machines while listening to an audiobook. I'm trying to get more into mindfulness/meditation too!

This summer I am between CNJ and  NYC.

Sex and weight lifting...... Mixed with plyometrics training....... Does the mind AND body GOOD!

Beyond the obvious erotic aerobics, I live a pretty active life in general. Since it's summer, I go swimming, rock climbing, and/or cliff diving every day I can manage. I supplement that during inclement weather (I count everything from November to May as "inclement weather" - I hate the cold) with 3 hours at the gym every other day. Weight lifting is my main activity there, though I'll be switching gyms this winter to one that has a trapeze, which I've always enjoyed.

Over the past two years I've tried getting into a touch of yoga, and I totally agree with you Sasha, it's amazing! Unfortunately my schedule is sporadic to the point where I can't commit to regular classes, so I only attend occasionally. If only I could find a good instructor who holds classes around 2am...

While obviously my body is very important to me, I really can't do without what working out does for my mind. The more closely I stick to my exercise schedule, the more focused, well rested, and calm I am... I'm a bit off the walls otherwise. A bit meaning a huge bit.

So guys... if I skip my gym time to come see you, I'm expecting a workout :)
