There is nothing like chemistry. The build up and anticipation of the time were going to spend together. That creative bone where the two of us have created a scenario that we're going to role play and experience together. The texts...the emails...not something just transactional but something where we both melt into our roles and enjoy the lengthy time together experiencing the scenario.
She knows he travels all over the country and his expectations are sky high. He's successful and will be coming to town often to enjoy her. She loves being creative and uninhibited....and loves disappearing into a role that she totally immerses herself in.

While chemistry and build-up is great, and necessary for some...
He should know that she has many suitors filling her box (email box that is) and that the value of her time is as 'sky high' as his expectations.
Realizing this and compensating her for the extra time he requires with an Amazon gift card, or such, shows he's truly successful in knowing that has more value than promises of coming to town often.
