Sometimes I get an urge to see BBWs with big butts and I had seen her a few months ago when she had a different number.
When I called her recently she asked for my picture and would never come on the line when she called. She only used texts to communicate. Had I spoken to her I would have recognized her voice.

Most likely she is using a burner phone to business, she properly changes it once in a while to be on the safe side.
But if you are this nervous about seeing her, I would move on and find someone else
She has like 30 reviews, including one you wrote in 2013. Maybe the most recent isn't trustworthy, but she does have some (seemingly) reputable reviewers... why not PM them?
If you google her pics, they all seem to be legit for Mariah the escort over time, with matching pics on her website.
I had a hit on ImageFap for one of her pics with the 314 area code... and it is identified with Ohio escort Mariah. Also hits on pics with two of the other four numbers I can see between her ads and her TER profile. Seems like she has changed numbers a few times, as her TER profile also indicates. Googling the 314 number brings up ads and reviews for her on various sites.
Hell, I like that she puts her TER ID in her ad as well.
My guess... she's perfectly legitimate. At least, legitimate enough to call and ask her directly about her current and past phone numbers
