When I first discovered the Wonderful World of Pornstar Escorts, I was like a pig in shit.... I sat down and made a list of the women I wanted to,... no, that I HAD to have.
Of course, being a "newbie", I didn't know who was and wasn't available, and I didn't know the pricing structure, but I remember that my first list included, among others,

Of my original wish list, I managed to see Taylor, J.R., and Keisha - I was disappointed to find that I had missed Stacy and Christy, didn't get to Nici in time, and haven't had the chance to meet P.J. yet (but still hoping). Anna will definitely be someone I'll have the chance to meet (Thank you, Pornstar Weekend). Raylin was one of the very first ladies I looked for, and was bummed to find that she not only didn't escort, but had left the business entirely... imagine my delight when she came back to the biz, and (Thank you, Jesus) started escorting! I've now seen her four times, and each time just keeps getting better... with the exception of Nikki Diamond, I've seen Raylin more than any other pornstar, and will continue to see her whenever possible.
Since I discovered the hobby, I've met about three dozen pornstars/playmates/pets... two dozen of which I've reviewed, and the others I saw "under the radar" and have not reviewed at their request.
But now I'm finding that I'm kinda getting burned out on the pursuit of a lot of different pornstars, many of whom weren't on my original list. Sure, I've met a lot of wonderful providers that I hadn't had my sights set on when I first started. Nikki D., Kathy Willets, Raquel DeVine, Sara Jay, Ryan Conner, Sinnamon Love, Stevie and a few others proved to be exceptional ladies that I consider myself lucky to have had the pleasure of spending some time with.
But to an extent, the "bloom is off the rose"... and I've begun to question my need to meet new ladies. I've met such exceptional women over the last three years, I've started to ask myself if I'd rather just start seeing a select number of the ladies I've already met as opposed to the ever growing quest for "fresh meat".
So the point of this post is this....
Is part of the whole appeal of the Pornstar Escort that you keep seeing more and more different ladies? Or have any of you felt the same way, that you've met the cream of the crop, have fulfilled you fantasies beyond your wildest expectations and would be happy just seeing a select few on a regular basis, or is the whole point of this segment of the hobby to get as many "notches on your belt" as possible?

While I haven't seen anywhere near the number of stars you have, I have seen three off of your original list and a few others. For me, I actually enjoy watching the adult movies and then meeting the ladies. The high turnover of actresses in adult has led me to the same quandry. Too many women on my wish list that come and go both from escorting and making movies. I would have no problem seeing one or a couple of the same girls regularly, but they visit my area so infrequently and the girls that escort the most don't seem to be as active in still making movies. There are so many girls I'd love to see that I usually wait to see one after I've read some reviews, but like you mentioned in another post, the reviews seem to be drying up. Shyla Stylez, for example was an all time, have to see for me, but I wasn't able to get to New York to see her on her recent visit. A good review or two may have motivated me to make the trip. In the end, the quality vs. quantity comes down to personal choice. I've seen a few non pornstars that provided great service. If the movie's weren't important to me, I'd just see them and save lots of money. Unfortunately for me, though I just love being with a woman I've watched on screen. Just my 2 cents.

I'm in agreement with you that a big part of the thrill of meeting pornstars is being with a lady that I've seen in a video or magazine... the "been there, done that" as I watch her on my TV is a big part of the experience.
But while it may not seem like it to many who read my posts, I have a fixed amount of "disposable income" to spend on this hobby... so I found myself in a quandry. See a lot of different PSE's once, or as jldick mentions below, develop a relationship with a "core" group of ladies.
It's my good fortune that I seem to be able to make friends with a lot of these ladies easily. And the more I see them, the better the meetings get, which is only logical. But I still have the desire to meet a lot that I haven't had the chance yet... hence the quandry... I don't think I had a "repeat" until after I had met 10 or 12 ladies.
But after three years, it is starting to wear thin, and now I'm more inclined to see the same few that have truely rocked my world.

so getting laid by dozens of pornstars is getting you down and "wearing thin" is it? LOL ... you're just saying that now, but wait till the next little firecracker comes along and you'll be itching to light her fuse just like everyone else! 
i will say this much: i'd rather see the same girl (the one who rocks my world) over and over again, than sample "fresh meat" that doesn't appeal to me (i don't care HOW good or fresh they are) ... my tastes are somewhat ecclectic (it seems) and my options are limited as a result, but i'm not losing sleep over it ... there's plenty of fish in the (other) sea

Let me clarify... I'm not tired of variety... as you say, few men ever tire or it, which in the Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus world, has caused a lot of divorce.
So there will be the occasion when a lady becomes available that I'll probably want to meet. But what I was getting at in the above post is that I'm going to become a lot more selective about who I see. In the next few weeks, Keisha, Stevie, Sara Jay, and Tracey Adams will be in Philly. I won't be able to see all of them, let alone a new lady who comes to town. And I've had a thing for Aliyah Yi who is in town now. So if Jodie Moore or Wanda Curtis were coming next month, I'd have to pass on them, because I definitely want to see one or two of the other ladies.... In the past, I'd have done the opposite, and passed on someone I've seen before for the new experience.
As I recollect, you once post your tops as being Raylin, Kathy, Keisha, Taylor and Raquel.
I know that as you continue meeting other ladies your favorites change, but to have Keisha out of ones Top 3 list is practically insane, knowing all she does and is capable of doing.
I haven't seen her yet but reading your and others reviews makes one think that she is right up there with Cumisha, Miko Lee and Anna Malle.
This is just a reflection with no intension of rousing up a skirmish with you or your friends.

Keisha was in my top three as well not to long ago, but fell out after I met Ava Devine and Sara Jay this summer (those two fill out my top three along with Candy Cotton), So it is more than possible for someone even as great as Keisha to fall down or off a ATF list. She's awesome, but everyones taste is a little diffrent
Ed overstated his meeting review with Keisha because comparing reviews, hers stands out from the rest in his case but in yours, it doesn't. Yes, in your case I can understand Ava Devine and Sara Jay taking over a couple of slots but in Ed's case it was only Nikki Diamond the only one, and Ed always had Keisha above the rest if I'm not mistaken, or at least that is how his review sounds.
Then again, who cares, right?

right, you build a circle of ladies that you like and you build a relationship with them and then every once in a while you bring in a new lady and if you click, shes a keeper, if not you move on, right now I see 5 ladies on a regular basis and maybe 3 more on a less frequent basis. I find that I like to see ladies that I can establish some kind of relationship with, this chasing after the flavor of the week gets old after a while.

I do like the variety (Shay Sights will be the next new star I see in Jan.)....And, when booking independently, gives more of an opportunity to do things like have a 3-some, or book multi-hours....
But having said that, there are 3 ladies in LA & 1 in NY (all non-porn stars) whom I could never get tired of seeing...The best ones keep you coming back....

I may not have seen as many PS as you but have been lucky to experience Nici Sterling and Tracy Adams back in the 90's. Both were awesome experiences. I now prefer quality since I do not see that many PS as I wanted to in the past. Now there so many PS 'available' that it kinda dilutes the 'experience' of seeing a Porn Star. Plus anyone who makes more than 1 movie can called themselves a Porn Star instead of a Porn actress.
Eddie, I generaly agree, I have been in the hobby easily 5 ot 6 years but have only been seeing the Porn Star in the past 3 I have seen a lot on my wish list but no where near what I would like in my dreams. But over the years I have come to the same conclusion I go with those providers who rock my world. ie. the most bang for your buck. Some of the women (actually few) live up to the hype but those that do you hold on to and they become regulars. Stick with what you like and on the outside chance go with what you think might rock your world and add them to the flock. I don't think I have to tell you anything you don't already know, check the boards on the new chicks whom you are interested in and stick with your regulars otherwise.

I have really started to see a few select ladies recently, like Ava Devine, Candy Cotton, Sara Jay and Brandy Dean, I have seen those four ladies 15 times and 20 others 24, SO those are my Fav's I guess. Don't get me wrong I would love to see someone like Keisha every time she came to my area, but she has kind of priced herself out of my range, I like to see someone for multi hours now and she would cost me 2k for one hour (with video), while someone I may know a little better I may be able to book for a number of hours or more for that price.
Yes I post a lot of ISO's on the board and I do see some of them, some under the radar and some not. I know it sounds crazy for someone who has met 24 diffrent porn stars in less than two years to say, that I now only see a select few, but I have thought about it recently and I may stick with Ava, Sara, Candy and another provider or two, at least that way I won't be in for a fall or not know what I'm getting, but then again there are so many more porn stars I keep adding to my must see list every week, if not every day.
So to get to the point, I don't know Ed, I guess I'm just as stuck as you are. Quanitity or Quality? Maybe both?

I can see the logic, Eddie. While I haven't racked up the # of PS's most of you have, I can envision coming to that fork in the road... more ladies, or more time with ladies I already know and love? It's certainly happened in my non-PS hobbying.
Eddie this is good post. I used to look at a lot of adult videos and fantasize about being with the stars so much that one day, just like you I decided to make me a list and then go persue my most desired entertainers. There was only 5 at the time, but my list have grown considerably over the years, however 3 of them I still see today on a somewhat regular basic because we have build a great relationship. So, I think in some regard both Quantity and Quality is true definition of what this hobby is all about... And Not only for hobbyists, but for the providers as well. This is kind of funny, but one of those 5 originial ladies were Kayla Kleevage and one time after a session I mention and asked her, "I would like to see other ladies, but I find it hard to get to know or see so many - so I wonder, how do you do it, how do keep up with so many men?" ... and her answer was, I love men and I love meeting of kind of people, "Variety is the spice of life!" and as long as I'm having fun I will continue.
My viewpoint is slightly different.
I have a list of my ten ATF who are available, and I am still working my way through it. However, I have seen enough other pornstars that I feel much like you. I am not interested in pursuing any who aren't now on my list. In fact, aside from one star who I sporadically see now, I limit myself to a couple of escorts who are not PS but are definitely GFEs.
By the way, my list is: Chasey Lain, Nikki Dial, Misty Rain, Kelly O'Dell, Nikki Wilde, Vanessa Chase, Roxanne Hall, Lauryl Canyon, Shay Sweet and PJ Sparxx. I have seen Lauryl, Misty, Nikki W, Shay and Vanessa (was lucky enough a few years ago to get hooked up by another PS before she quit the business and moved out of the US). Chasey, Kelly, PJ and Roxanne all are available through Exotica now, and I will be seeing both Chasey and Roxanne soon (Although only one through the agency.) Nikki D, who reportedly is occasionally available, is the only one who is likely to remain "unmet", but the list wouldn't be a challenge if you could call an agency and see everyone on it.
One caveat: My list could be expanded if some young pornstars reportedly not escorting were to change their minds. Aurora Snow, Jenna Haze and Felix Vicious would be added in a heartbeat.
Have you had any luck in getting a hold of Misty Rain...Any info. would help...I'm dying to hang out with her for a few hours...
