Is it me or are more people becoming morons?

Here is y I say this..
Guy 1
Texts me haggle rate agrees says tomorrow. Then next day tries to pin me against another provider to get me to match a rate 1/2 of what he agreed to. Saying no sex just hang n talk. Told him I could for a coffee date then tries to switch up to all the plans he first agreed to but for the rate for coffee meet only... told him to go c her . He acted then like I was stupid n told me he got the 100 n is ready on his way. I explained everything clearly n yet he acts like I'm stupid

Replied wishing him luck. Off the rip was rude to me then emailed me talking shit about the USA. Then bitched about how this country is crap bc of races n whores. Then went into how he is better then everyone else.
