I have 7" heels, 8" heels, but those have platforms on the toe box like ordinary stripper heels.
If it's just an incredibly arched foot that you're after, I have patent leather ballerina boots. I just took those photos down from my site this week (people tell me they are overwhelmed from the amount of photos I have, but that's not even a tenth of what I've taken) however I can post some to the photo only board if you're interested.
