Porn clearly illegal in AZ, AG made that clear a few weeks ago on TV.   Film studies busted in the past for prostitution using similar set up as the bp ad.

Something tells me that there is no way this could be legal, and yet, why not?  We all know pornography is legal.  So, if we have a signed model agreement, why would this be different from what Vivid does?

Have you noticed that the porn industry is mostly in one area of California.
One reason is that shooting anywhere else could cause legal issues.

I suggest doing some research on here to see all the issues that arise from trying this approach.

state & local ordinances, zoning, business licenses, have not been reseached & complied with.  Yes, there are reasons why porn studios are located where they are.   I do not believe this would hold water for a second in a court of law.

The stated above does not address the issues as mentioned by previous person which is legalities of jurisdictions.  Modeling is okay.  Its beyond the basic modeling in which the problems arise.
