Well color me impressed!  Whether the lady wearing it made it herself, or someone else custom-made it for her, that is really something!

.......and here I always thought the macrame potted-plant holder I made as a Brownie was pretty crafty!!! LOL!

I took a look.... in the 2nd and 3rd photos in her Portfolio, is that a dress or some type of bondage thing? I honestly can't tell.  

If it's a dress I want two: one in red and one in black!

it's a "dress" made out of rope. Bondage enthusiasts and those into shibari often do things like this to show off their expertise with rope. ;)
