You will never know for sure what she is thinking. Any more then you will ever know for sure what any woman is thinking. Accept what she tells you and shows you she is thinking and don't worry so much about if it is an act or not.
This is hard advice to live by. I suffer from some of the same uncertainties you do for probably slightly different reasons. But it is the only thing you CAN do. Asking for advice from other providers wont help much because they have as wide a range of personalities as the men here. Some are caring and some are clearly not.

I would say that the world of providing is to cold every woman know she can find pleasure in what she doing and to your question ask her talk to her or tell what shuld be on her ind if you set a fantasy to play before hand questions should not hard after that
