If you get a fancy hotel room or use an incall apt. share or rent your own. Even more so a stationary incall apt. , you really don't want traffic all day ,every day ,all week.  
      If it's a 90 min.  that just may be enough for some for one day and then there's no complaints of traffic and pissed off neighbors.
                 I sometimes when needing to lay low will initiate  a 2 hour min, requirement for incall, then, like you say still offer 1 hour outcalls. I may go through a period where i feel i was being brazen ad running traffic if i do that for a week or so i will then intiate a 2 hour min, for a month or 2 to sort of sit back and cool things down here, . I would never do high volume over a extended period on a consistent basis, Hence my rate fluctuations, I may work alot ofr a period at lower rate then may raise them knowing it be wise to slow it down a notch for a spell. I think going balls to wall day in day out year round for some is not only careless but will get you burnt out.  
 It all depends all the girl and how much she is willing to blow up her spot.
                        Even at a hotel room I will do 2 appts a day only for fear of attracting attention, then will offer outcall from a hotel if I wanted a third, I am way to p-noid to do more than 2 incall even at a hotel. I also make sure one date is during the am front desk shift and the second is when they change shifts and a new front desk clerk comes in at night shift. I d do one in a.m. and one in evening. I wouldnt want the front desk seeing more than one older man coming down the hall to my room during a shift they are trained to report such things actually. Also even if the second is only a hour appt that is still 350, profit. 350 a day is to me a ridiculous and amazingly awsome pay day.  
            They also just may not want that kind of business, they may be offering more of a lets get to know each other eat some fruit and cheese and crackers , talk, relax. Thats'a total different style encounter and quite often those style encounters, more of a courting, for me those are the ones I get the best scores because it is more passionate un-rushed, it allows you to feel treated like a goddess more.
                   It is for me the way I picture wanting this job to be . A classy guy shows up bearing expensive chocolates, fruits ,nice offerings,  to me the goddess. Then we are in no hurry, and can talk first, . I had a 2 hour appt last night and the passion and sex was so much better because he was higher class. It can be kind of a shock when they arent polite or have bad hygiene your like uh omg this is gonna suck! But that is what happen's they cant all be the ideal clients you want. At least I am picky so for me i wont have a memorable time at each appt i can pretend too so they have a good time. Sometimes its so outragious I am not even able to pretend to be enjoying myself! {rare occasion} ......
                   
    The 2 hour min, or 90 min minimum. They basically may also be just simply looking to cut out all the b.s. The classy ones that arrive with offerings or a thoughtful gift get the multiple hour , I feel its also a different whole type of service as opposed to like, "  hi , get naked . Let me try and get you to cum, Bye."
\                               I can see why they do this, your inviting some one into your personal space even if just a hotel room for a day. It's rented in her name there is very high risk involved . Alot of eyes on you , from the traveling neighbor in the hotel room next door whom could potentialy make a complaint call. Potential danger concerning ,attracting attention ect.
           It is illegal after all so trying to encourage less penis to have to go through to get to your end goal financially is ALWAYS what each gal wants. I don't know ay that say, " Geesh,  I hope I get 5 this week and STILL don't  make enough, that would be SWEET!"
            The weeks where you get a few 90 min or 2 hour calls or even one per week for me makes my entire week like more relaxed . it helps me out so much.
    Like I thanked the repeat client that visit me for second time last night he got 2 hours for 550, arrived with my requested foods, {AFTER he offered a selection } . I didn't ask him to bring anything , he offered. "Sushi, cheese, fruit or chocolate?'
    Was what he asked me in email,  I said hard cheeses and crackers and fruit. He actually showed up with all four anyhow, grapes already washed in a nice container, strawberries, california roll, carr's water crackers,boar's head smoked gouda and a block of cheddar.  and a huge bag of ghiradelli 86 percent. Then I joined in the food offerings and prepared a dandelion greens salad with texas toast cheddar croatons and fresh rotiserie chechek breast, skin peeled off, with some balsamic vinegar of modena and olive oil out for him to drizzle on when he arrived. Then i prepared him a Huge glass with sparkling perrier, key lime juice and coconut water with ice and a straw.  
         It just started things off so polite and classy it makes you feel respected and at ease. The appt and his entire visit iI didnt look at clock. When some one gives me that much I dont really see a point in bein' an ass about extra time especially if we are doing things like talking, taking long showers before starting, just knowing its not a huge hurry, it makes the sex better, seems like meeting with an old friend.  
                  Which , wel, l I had not seen him in 2 years . Maybe you should consider trying the 90 min only girls, some girls just are either concerned about seeing too many people because it gets too be too hectic . Seeing too may in a day then the fun is lost. But also when you know there's extra time and your being spoiled ,treated super well, its sort of like tricking the woman's brain. To me its like I feel less like a hooker and more like a beautiful woman this man is treating like a lady and respecting. I suppose on your end it would be called being a good bullshitter! To get your way!  They do say higher i.q. people are masters at manipulation. To really play the game on the hobbyist end maeking the woman feel special maybe she isnt special to you but playing that game with her just may get you the ten perfromance you want.  Of course the guys with pea sized brains will call and be disrespectful over the phone not realizing they are turning the lady off before even arriving, by attempting to act hasty , rush her, crass. Engage in phone sex. All that stuff some the guys dont realize how big off a turn off it is.  
                     The  2 hour , the longer session ladies like , like myself that element of romance, respect, class. I think it turns it into a entirely different scene/element. you feel like wow this is how I picture it. Glamorous with a handsome , classy, clean, well dressed, successful client. It's what makes doing this job worth it.
