I use to be with them about 6 months ago before venturing off and becoming independent. In my experience I loved it because everything is up front and honest about the company. What you see is what you get. He's very particular who he chooses to become a part of 100 proof which is nice because you know you are getting quality. Good luck! I had a chance to meet a couple of the girls and they were very beautiful and sweet!

Has been around for years. One of the few trustworthy agencies here in Vegas .

and gave him a 24 hour notice and he still banned me for a year. Who does that? Never called his agency again

I was getting ready to pull the trigger with them on my upcoming visit, but I saw the same rate hike. Part of the allure was the value, but now that's gone. Might look at one of the other agencies but will likely stay Indy from now on.

That's my thought. The price increase should only be commensurate with an increase in quality. Seems like an arbitrary jump to 500 will drive business away.
100Proof HAS some of the top-rated ladies in Vegas! Kenna Kane is my ATF. The AVERAGE rating for the entire agency is 9+. All the girls offer full GFE and several offer Greek, plus video and/or photos. Don't get me wrong..I love my independent girls... but 100Proof is legit.
You won't be supplementing some dude's income and it will (hopefully) all be going into the lady's pocket of your choosing. Man, wouldn't it be nice to have a stable of girls I can send to see clients and make some cash off their efforts? I mean, sounds pretty cushy.
The fact there were score complaints from him calls all other scores into question for the whole stable.
Signs of bad business ethics. Instead of taking the critique and having an employer/employee chat he confronts the customer? I think not unless he knew the date didn't happen or knew the date didn't happen the way it was said... but how could he know that unless he was there? And he wasn't right so maybe the input from the client should be considered and taken as a tool to learn/grow from?

with any agency's. For a simple reason that indy providers have alot more incentive to perform and satisfy a client than a girl who has to give 50% of the donation back to the agency
Not sure if it was Zach or....But he couldn't help me with my situation,the conversation was very business like and professional. His ladies look "Ok" and I thought he'd have more to select from but it is what it is. But they seemed priced right, so 100Proof fills a nitch. But in my opinion, agencies aren't really my thing.

I had couple of the clients used to use them and they are very happy with 100 proof.
I was fortunate enough to discover this agency when I was doing my research to decide to get into this business. I did not actually know how notorious the agencies were in Vegas until it was explained to me by this agency. When I came across their site, I liked that they didn't have twenty or more girls. Keeping it small, gave me the impression that they were probably more about quality than quantity, which is an aspect that I use for various circumstances. I also liked that in many of the general comments by reviewers, they mentioned Zach by name. After the first few minutes of conversing with Zach on the phone, I knew we would probably get along because we're both from the Northeast and we have a very direct and professional attitude. I loved working for 100 Proof and really enjoyed the company of both Kenna and Danica. They are wonderful ladies, and I was sad and they were sad, that I made the decision to become independent. But that should be a good sign when ladies in agency get along so well together. I definitely recommend this agency to both hobbyists and providers who are either new to the business or new to Las Vegas. They will keep providers safe and definitely want to ensure clients have excellent service.
I have had a lot of experience in Vegas with independent ladies, and with 100 Proof. Without question 100 Proof is the TOP agency in Vegas and one of the best in the nation. I love independent girls but I also love 100 Proof. I do extensive research on the ladies of Vegas prior to any trip there because I don't have the time or patience for flakes. I have only had 2 no-shows in 15 years (same girl both times - a very reputable independent who is still active on the board) And I have learned that with Zack and 100 Proof I really don't have to do any research at all because I have confidence everything will go just as I planned and it always does. One of the best aspects of 100 Proof is I know I will never get a no-show with 100 Proof and my girl will absolutely be on time. I also appreciate being able to book two weeks in advance or an hour in advance. I have made several trips to Vegas where I only saw 100 Proof girls and I arranged it all with one phone call. I am able to use 100 Proof as a reference for independent girls and have done so many times. Several of my independent lady friends in Vegas have spoken very highly of 100 Proof. I'd also like to point out that the agency does not take 50% of the donation, not even close. I have been told this by two now-former 100 Proof girls. When I asked them why they liked working for an agency versus independent they both said they would never work with any other agency and more importantly they don't have to spend one second on the internet promoting themselves and zero time screening and scheduling dates. Plus they don't miss out on calls from potential clients when they are on a date because Zack handles it all. They just have to show up and perform. I can honestly say I have never had one bad experience with 100 Proof and each and every girl showed up on time with a smile on her face and immediately put a smile on my face. How this rate increase will go over is yet to be determined. There are lots and lots of wonderful girls in Vegas but prices vary greatly. Many of the top-rated girls on TER cost a lot more than $$$$$ for the hour and only a few of the top-rated girls cost less. Bottom line is 100 Proof is a reputable, stable and reliable agency that you can count on to deliver the goods each and every time.
Thank you Nyomi! Well said! It's rare to hear about a girl who left and doesn't speak highly of him. Zach does a great job taking care of the ladies and clients. For those mentioning rates, those should be comparable to other reputable agencies in the area. 100proof hasn't raised rates in 9 years, I believe. We will still be on the lower end price wise, even after the price increase.
