It would be nice to see some kind of feedback when a Problem Report is not approved. It could be visible when viewing the report after the status has been changed to unapproved or it could be via e-mail or via TER mail. This way I would have some idea as to why it might not have been approved and could try to provide additional information. The way it is right now, I just see the Status = Unapproved without explanation. The next logical step would be to allow editing of the existing problem report to add clarification or additional information.

I could not agree with you more, part of the problem why we do not do this is time. We get 200 problem reports a day. Kicking an email to each one would be a huge issue.
