My partner and I wanted to try DP but were not ready to include a third for this fantasy.  Feels like something we need to practice on our own first.  Particularly since I am fairly inexperienced with anal.  So here's my review of our new toy:

1.  The strap-on fit him well and the dildo did not slide around.  No moments of awkward adjustment.  The dildo itself is "true to life" in size and detail except the color.  It's Barney purple.  My partner did have to pull the dildo to the side a little when I gave him a BJ.  

2.  I am not sure of the logistics because I was the receiver.  My partner did put an anal numbing cream on me first and it did take care of the initial discomfort; however, the pain and pressure when you get to the spinchter was still there.  Normally I will reach back and help guide my partner - having him penetrate just to the point of pain and then back out.  A few times of this and I am usually fine and enjoy anal once he is in all the way.  Particularly if I use a small vibrator on my clit at that point.  But anyway...  it seems like the DP strap-on made this more difficult.  

3.  My partner definitely enjoyed our new toy.  He liked that the dildo moved with his normal thrusts and allowed him to be "hands free."  He also said the visual aspect was great. I can see the potential for this to become a favorite toy but need to play with it some more. For me it was like having a new partner that you need to fuck a few times before feeling completely comfortable.  

Definitely a fun time and will repeat. : )
