          I d guess you may have been disrespectful of her right to have a personal life in time leading up to the appt like say badgering her via email or phone.  
 I d totally drop a potential client if they are already using up over an hour of my time just to book screw it, she may have moved on to an easier client thats less drama.  
                   There are many reasons a provider may chose not to continue to have any contact with a potential client.  
 You have to figure is it worth it, are there easier less needy , clients tryin to book that will simpkly email say hi yes wed at 5 see you then!
 Those for me are the clients I find most ideal. Easy to the point a call a date n time set.
 Any the ones that do all the nonsense before hand always is a bad sign they are gonna be a problem. or are just plain annoying! If they annoy you before the appt imagine what they are like in person! .xo
              In conclusion.
 For 400 plus we can put up with alot of bullshitting prior to appt, but seriously to a ertain line you gotta draw and sometimes choose to say this just aint wirth it there are so many other tryin to book that are being less stress on me.
                                       OR what if her phone broke and she is in jail right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!aaaah!
 she may have got reviews yes prior to your supposed appt, BUT in mean time another option or excuse is she could have had a legit emergency, Arise.
