I reside in ATL but have been in the DC/MD area but now I'm looking for some sun lol. Which city would be best? Tampa/Miami/Orlando ect. I'm fairly new to this industry so any pointers would really help. Thanks for your time ladies & gents
I've been the the Tampa area for 20 years now. The greater Tampa, Clearwater, St.Pete area has just about anything you could look for. I suggest you come down for a week or so, just to look around. Like anywhere there are good and not so good places. But it's very diverse here. Just my opinion.

Try close to Ft Lauderdale, since it's between Palm beach and Miami it's a good location.
