It was the director that allegedly attacked her. If Brazzers fired the entire production crew, that's great... but that just means that the guy will go out and do it to someone else at another time/location. They guy should be blackballed in the business for sure so that he never has the opportunity to do this again, and should be arrested, tried and jailed.
That's all IF her story is true. I wasn't there - I don't know what actually happened (or didn't happen) but some people make mountains out of molehills sometimes, and just like to draw attention to themselves. I'm not saying that this is the case here - as I said, I wasn't there and don't know what really happened. I also don't know her personally so I don't know if she's an attention hog, or not. I'm not making any assumptions. I'm just saying that sometimes these stories turn out to be not true... or at least not as true as they first appear to be.
Again, IF her story is true, maybe it's time the female stars started having bodyguards on the set just like they have guards/escorts when they go to trade shows like AVN and Exxxotica. Having someone on the set who sole job is to make sure the lady is safe would probably make anyone think twice before doing anything against the lady's wishes whether it's assault, or not stopping the sex when the directory (or the lady) yells "cut!" or whatever.

Having said that, whatever might be her personality or whatever she might have said on set - that is NEVER an excuse for an assault
Not being a witness I can't say who did what.
But I can guess that nothing long term will matter to these guys. Exhibit A is James Dean. If I recall several stars came out and claimed he roughed them up against their express wishes. He's still a big man in the industry. No consequences.
I was never a nikki fan, but she really turned me off when she dyed her hair dark trying to become the 'porn version of Kim Kardashian'.
