The CDC has stats on STI transmission. I'd take a look there. Be educated and be responsible for your actions. That's really the bottom line.

I don't think you'll get any diseases from her mouth. Maybe a cold. You probably don't use a condom to french kiss. Unless of course you're talking about doing another male.
If you're worried about safety then I'd go for a Covered BJ. For me I prefer a BBBJ. Haven't had a single problem in all the time I've been at this hobby.
