If you are looking into going to the expo, I would say Friday is the best day. Most of the stars will be there on that day, and it isn't as crowded as Saturday.

Saturday is the worst day for two reasons...
1. Its overcrowded.
2. And way more important, because that evening is the night of the AVN awards, more than half of the girls you'd like to see will leave the show early to get prepared for the awards that evening with makeup and dress primping before they walk the red carpet.
Thursday or Friday are your best bets.
