To your point -- and I forgot to mention this as a big variable factor -- in addition to all that, are they overworked? I've had dates where it was clear to me the girl was exhausted. Physically, emotionally, maybe a bad flight or some other drama on top of it.

There is a caveat to this. If a girl is familiar with you already (like for example you exchange pretty frequently on social media) they're more likely amenable to doing what you want. YOU WILL HAVE TO GET TESTED unless you a true blue virgin so you better save some aside for that. While you're paying to play some of the same rules with regular girls apply here: the better looking you are, the less needy, and the more a girl likes you the more she'll feel comfortable doing.
