Reservations for the Thursday, June 11 Meet and Greet will be accepted through Wednesday, June 10th.at noon. I will not answer any emails after noon on the 10th. Below are the final Public Details that I'm posting on the various boards.

The event will take place in a public place but our venue will be private and no one will be allowed in the area we are in unless they are on the approved list. The area we will be in is most private and not visible to the public area. A buffet wll be available FREE to all who attend. A Cash Bar is also available and a nice area for those that need to smoke is also available. Music is also being provided.

Security will be in place to insure no one gains access unless on the approved list. You are asked to remember where you are and be polite and courteous and respectful of your fellow attendees.  

Ladies are admitted for FREE and Gentlemen will need to pay a $20.00 door fee to help cover the cost of the event. I have tried to think of as much as I could and have spoken to many who have been around the hobby for a long time on what and how to conduct this event. I want to thank them for their help and advice. They know who they are.  

Also remember, if you are going to be bringing anyone with you they must be verified also. If they are not on the list they will not be admitted so make sure you have provided the proper information to secure their admission.  

Ladies must submit a link to their reviews and their web site or the latest ad they have posted.

Gentlemen must provide two most recent provider references with contact information along with their name and contact number.  Whitlelist are acceptable if they are within the last six months and the Provider can be PM'd to verify you.

I will email each particiipant individually the evening before the event. It should arrive in your inbox by Thursday morning if not the evening before. You are encouraged to check your spam folder to insure you received it. If for any reason you are approved and did not get the email immediately email me at [email protected] and I will re send it to you. If you are a aol, hotmail or cox.net email user they are known to reject most any mail unless you have that email address in your contact list and then it is still suspect. I will do all I can to make sure you have the information.
