I understand what you mean by muddled...they use trafficking, prostitution and pimping as synonyms. A pimp cruising a website for girls is not trafficking, and the naivety on the "demand side" is laughable. Stick to reviewed providers.

Did anyone else see the report of the police BP sting on the local news last night? The thing that struck me was the muddled reporting. Which is good for us I guess if it means they haven't really figured out the system. Except that I'm sure LE has it more figured out than the press does.

The report seemed to conflate prostitution and trafficking, as if one was always the result of the other. My other response, besides being okay that the details are not out in public, is that it seems like whenever I see a report of something I have knowledge of, I find that the press gets it mostly wrong. Maybe they think the public is stupid and they're trying to keep it simple. But I doubt it.

Makes me wonder about believing anything they report on at all.

The End Demand Now folks and their clones have done a good job of confabulating hooking with trafficking.  Don't blame the media too much, people really don't want the facts.  I'm pretty sure this wouldn't have gotten air time without a trafficking angle.

Thinking with the little head and exactly like what was said above not
doing your research I saw this yesterday morning.

Research and better girls equal less problems.

using BP is like playing LE roulette..sooner or later your number comes up..

But- I saw one on MSNBC, and they seemed to be concentrating on under age girls and pimps. Stuff like this just makes me want to screen even more strenuously.

I don't know if anyone has noticed this or mentioned if before- but speaking of our business being on TV. I recently saw a show that said "GFE". I was like :-O I talked to a friend and she said that she saw it on other shows as well.

It's out there thanks to news documentaries and other TV shows.

I've been in business deals and other matters that got reported on in the news. I am struck each time by how much they missed and got wrong.  That rush to be first to report leaves a lot of factual casualties. Plus some reporters are just lazy.
