.... and living in Dallas.  I lost my business during the economic downturn seven years ago and found a job in Dallas.  Being away from family and friends in Florida I first went to a rub & tug.  But after Googling numbers I found the review boards and decided to make the next step to quench my thirst.

I've been like a kid in a candy store ever since!

1) I had just retired from full time work and had a lot of free time. In a sexless marriage and had to be discreet.
2) & 3) The Internet discovery came first and by chance. Stumbled across Date Check. Signd up and sometime thereafter was driving a snow birds car from NY to Florida. Found a sweet lady to pass time with once in Florida  and voila.
4) Was led to TER through DC. Now TER is my go to site.

Expounding a bit more, I find I hobby mostly when away from home. My circumstances allow me to travel to Florida alone a fair amount. I enjoy my time here ---especially my free time---and have met wonderful ladies in Florida. Away from home provides opportunity to engage beyond BCD and without time constraints

of mine took me to a hooker bar in Tampa where providers would come and sit next to you at a booth in the bar and you would negotiate what was going to take place. Once the deal was made, the provider would tell you the name of the hotel and you would meet her there. No GFE back then.

Stumbled upon here in early 2000's

Stumbled on the internet hobby life in the early 2000's with some site which led to another and to another and then here.. There were so few hobbyists and providers online back then as this was all fairly new at that point. The good ole days.. but I discovered that TER was the best site to work with and a stable safe place too... There were other popular sites back in the day but they are either gone now or barely hanging on. I recall trying to learn the lingo and was amazed how many ladies literally travelled to Russia and Greece and thought WOW what is the attraction to those places until I learned their "other meaning"!! LOL!!

Being a life long single and barely ever a g/f in 50 plus years of living and with street girls being very risky, or fear of being ripped off and possible life threatening with a gun to the head, I found the internet life to be a safe choice and the whole review system to be a helluva an idea..

I decided to see a professional the first time when I finished boot camp and was finally able to leave base for the weekend.  I walked out the gate and pretty ladies were throwing themselves at me (for money of course).  I came to terms with a young beautiful lady, hopped in her van and pounded out two pops in the back. Left with a smile on my face.

Long time passes, my "significant other's" sex drive disappears so after 5 years of waiting for that to change, I finally went to the Internet.  Found TER when searching phone numbers & emails from online ads. Now I'm a happy man.

While interviewing for a job senior year of college

I went to college in New York. My senior year, a firm outside of DC contacted and arranged to fly me down and put me up in a hotel (with a food per diem) for the night. This was all very exciting. The previous summer, I had worked on Cape Cod, and my boss, in the course of a conversation about one of his friends, revealed to me that "escorts" are providers. I had actually thought (how naïve) that "escorts" were ladies who would attend dates/functions/events so the guy would have a date to accompany him. I didn't realize there was something more to it.  I had of course seen "escorts" advertised in the yellow pages, and had always been curious.

Now I had my chance. I flipped through the yellow pages at my hotel (northern Virginia) and picked an agency.
