It's a tribal society and as such they share everything including their women.  One middle aged fisherman explained that when he loans his knife out it comes back dull and rusty, but when he loans his wife out she comes back cheerful with a smile.

So if you're going to Northwestern Canada look for a middle aged fisherman with a dull rusty knife.

Sociologist says cheat on your spouse for a lasting marriage

Forget marriage counselors, the key to marital bliss is committing adultery. That’s according to bestselling author and sociologist Catherine Hakim’s new book, “The New Rules: Internet Dating, Playfairs and Erotic Power” that advises us to go out and have an affair to make our marriages last a la the sexy French. Hakim says America’s divorce rate of around 50 percent can be chalked up to our uptight attitude, and that a few “playfairs” would remedy the situation with a little “excitement,” “eroticism” and “adventure” to boot. (Nope, no mention of STDs.) The sassy Hakim goes as far as to put a value of $50K on once-a-week sex and says, “Sex is no more a moral issue than eating a good meal.”

I whole heartedly agree.  I love my wife, but without the hobbying on the side (as long as there is no emotions, just pure sex) I would have divorce already.  And besides I think the women with combo brains/sex package just dosen't exist out there or it just far and few.  Need more books like these!!

Not sure if I agree about your comment of Brains/Sex package ..... their out there...
Are you looking in the right spot??
I believe the only way I would ever marry again, if he would like to swing on the side.
Plus, I get bored easily so this would create some spice for both sides of the equation.

Escorts/ Working girls are 'saving' many marriages and long-term relation ships! The inspiration of a new encounter doubtlessly helps to revitalize sex within ones own marriage. I often times had clients returning to me and saying that our previous meetings helped them to refresh the sex with their wives. Almost ALL of my clients said that they love their wive. Monogamy for many years remains a 'myth'. Unfortunately marriage counselors are too 'programmed' to accept this reality. The client who admits extra-marital encounters is seen as a 'bad boy to be punished', usually has to face a lots of 'blame and shame'. I guess counselors are too biased by their own system of values and 'moral'.

I would certainly concur that the hobby saves marriages.  We all reach a point in our marriages where the sex simply is not that exciting and things become very pedestrian.  The hobby got me excited about life again and improved the sex in the marriage.  Unfortunately, we live in an uptight society so many married people are out there suffering.  Sometimes, I look at some married stressed out men and feel bad for them!!

I've been told, too many times to count, that I've helped a marriage so much by being ME!  What a great compliment...especially when it has come from the woman half of a couple I see on the regular!

Whatever works!!!
