I just wanted to take this opportunity to let all know about my experience with Pam Peak's agency this past weekend.
It was the first time I ever used Pam Peaks and all I can say is she is very professional, very understanding and delivers. About a month ago I decided to book one of Pam's talents. Everything was done promptly, emails returned within an hr, verification through room2000 was done within 48 hrs and her talent booked immediately.
When I was in Vegas, I had the pleasure of actually meeting Pam to hand her over the deposit. Later that night, I flew to LA and met the talent I arranged at The Standard. The talent was quite impressed with my hotel selection and we ended up having a fun night.

The only thing I have against Pam is the fact that she requires deposits. I've been burned in the past using other agencies (and even independents) when the girl didn't show up, including a few times where I had paid a deposit. As a result, I never do deposits any more - that way, if the girl doesn't show up, I can just phone another and the only thing I've lost is time. Sure, Pam will make good if the girl doesn't show up but, in the meantime, I'm out that money. I'd rather have the money in my pocket than in someone else's.
But, aside from that issue, I wouldn't hesitate to use Pam for bookings.
