I have a clock-free package and a happy hour package that includes this plus private time.
But if a gent just wanted to do a public date with no private time that is fine too.
Just spend time with a client, have fun, etc, maybe eat or grab a drink.
Providers want and need to be paid for their time. Getting together for dinner or drinks doesn't pay their bills.
That's not to say that "off the clock" activities never happen. They do sometimes, but you shouldn't count on it happening. And if you ever do see a provider off the clock, don't mention it to other hobbyists. Doing so will only make trouble for the provider
If you are just seeking a friend to hang out with in public with no private room time, I offer social rates, which are much lower than my full rate.

Most providers do have a separate social rate, but the amount can vary quite a bit. Some post the rate on their website. Others do not. You will find out just how interested providers are in social time by how low the rate is. We list ours on our website, which seems to be more common in Las Vegas than other cities.
It has happened once for me, out of about 30 ladies I have seen. There is something about this lady that clicked with me from the first time I saw her. Repeated about half a dozen times. Always BCD and always a two hour visit. Time with her is a lot of fun, due to her sense of humor and attitude about life. Then I had a pretty positive thing happen IRL, and I wanted to celebrate.
I contacted her and asked what the rate would be to add dinner and drinks to our normal session. She responded by saying she wanted nothing extra, because she liked spending time together. She also said it would always be that way. I was really surprised, and double checked, but she insisted on this arrangement. Since then, we have three of these sessions, and they have been amazing. On two of those, I have added a gift or tip, just because I felt like it. We are planning our next one now. In the meantime, we have the odd text conversation (we live in different cities), about random topics.
I consider her a friend now, but one that I will continue to compensate, as I don't ever want to take unfair advantage of her generosity. She has no presence in the provider world at all. The only way to see her is with a referral, which has to be volunteered by one of her friends in the business. Maybe this somewhat explains her non-traditional ways of doing things.
Except for enjoying ones company outside of the boudoir...it happens. We actually went shopping for milk and cereal after some wings....It really was one of my best nights, without the..you know what..lol. But we had a history together and this would have never happened on a first date or maybe second date. We just happened to have nothing going on that particular night, that's all.

I truly enjoy spending time in nice company, sharing a meal or drinks over a great conversation. Spending time with a good escort is a lot more about the full experience than just private time.
