Got stood up by a new LV provider last night. She has three good reviews so I thought I would take a chance. 10:30pm 2 hour appointment set morning of and then confirmed by text and email in afternoon.
At 10:45pm, I texted her for ETA. No response. I then called her and left a message. Received a weird text response: "text meeeee asap whatsup babe? I will get back to u VERY shortly...sry.drivin (heart)"
So I wait for another thirty minutes. Then I am thinking for someone who does not want to text while driving, that is a very long and strange response. So I figured it is some type of canned auto response to a client.
It is now the morning after the missed appointment and still no apology, follow up, or explanation...
Please tell us the name - w/o the name this doesn't help any of us avoid the same problem.

I want to give her a chance to respond before outing her. If I don't hear from her in 24 hours, I will PM the name to anyone interested. While I want to prevent this from happening to other hobbyists, I also don't want to hurt her business without first getting some type of explanation.
So if she does not respond and provide an apology or explanation, I have decided to out her on this board.

I don't want to be one of the idiot Amazon reviewers that give a product a bad rating because they received it late.
If she only has 3 reviews, and is new, sometimes in the beginning it can be overwhelming for a new provider. I usually give them 24 to 48 hours. And TBH, I usually just move on.
The agencies that posted on this thread are reputable and are a great backup plan for the future.

Ok, so she has responded with a long text about her dealing with drama and apparently she did not even get back in town yesterday. She apologized for not reaching out to me last night when all my texts and phone calls went unanswered. While this is not really an acceptable excuse, I get that we all have bad days so I am not going to out her.
She also wants to make it up to me so I texted her another appointment time suggestion. No response since that text so here we go again...LOL
If I don't hear back by tonight I will cut my losses and move on...
You seem like you are trying to take an understanding/fair approach to this. So, I have a question. Do you believe what she told you? I ask because I wonder if you have decided to excuse bad behavior or if you truly believe her story. Thanks

Sorry but I understand people have things going on personally and that is fine she needs to take care of that instead of setting appts.
A quick short text "hey something personal came up can't make it"would have been sufficient.
My advice go with someone who is reputable and has a history not three reviews.And then you are trying to set up the make-up session and still no answer....smh....and that's why guy's think vegas ladies are flaky because of stories like this
