I have to say that I'm against the government forcing the use of condoms, or STD testing, regardless of the industry or the circumstances.  I'm something of a Libertarian and don't believe the government should force people to do these types of things.

On the other hand, the guy is acting irresponsibly, at the very least and criminally at the worst because he's putting people's lives in danger.  I can't help thinking that there are others out there in the industry who don't test either, and possibly even stars (male AND female) that don't ask, or don't check their co-stars status.  And because there is the potential for others to be doing the same thing, that maybe there SHOULD be laws that require condoms, or at the least, testing.

So, I've got mixed feelings about this.  But I have to say that I applaud all of those who spread the word about people like this who are putting other people in danger.  Potential actors/actresses should be warned to stay away and those that don't, well, maybe they get what they deserve
