I read an article some years ago about a family that bought a house out in the country but just off an exit to an interstate.  It used to be a brothel used by truckers.

All times of the night truckers kept pulling up and knocking on their door.

I think they had to put up big signs saying that they were no longer a brothel.

Talk about not doing some research before buying.
