I don't know where to post this but I want to know what's the longest time you have waited for an operator to pick up the phone? Last week I waited 5 hours and 12 minutes to talk to someone in regards to benefits. Today I'm at 1 hour 47 minutes and getting annoyed.
If it's not important the most I will wait is 10 minutes when it's something I need instantly I'll wait as long as it takes.The answer is probably yes, but sometimes online is much faster and just as good as talking to an operator. Sometimes they know as little as we do about whatever it is we need.
