I have a question regarding this company and yes, it's about its legitimacy. The website looks nice and well programmed. They have a phone number and the contact is Chloe???? It looks okay but there are absolutely no good reviews about this agency. On the contrary, most say it's a scam. My big question is:
If it's a scam, how come they still have their website going after so many years?
Why haven't got busted for Cybercrime?
Why do spammers continue to exist?  Why haven't the spammers who advertise illegal products, or outright defraud people out of money (Nigerian scam, IRS scam, lottery scam, etc.) been put in jail?

They continue to exist because, as PT Barnum is quoted as saying: "There's a sucker born every minute".  That is, there is always enough people who fall for the scam to keep the crooks in business, especially since their overhead is so low.  As long as they make money doing it, they continue.

Why haven't they been busted for Cybercrime?  The most likely answer is that most of these scammers, including probably Honey Companions, are operating outside of the U.S. where no one in law enforcement gives a damn.  Even when you find an address in the U.S., it's usually just an agent, an attorney, or a shell corporation and the real person/company is somewhere else.

I've been through a lot of this with the FCC over telemarketing calls which are almost as bad as the spammers.

That's one of the reasons why sites like this are so invaluable.  We can help each other avoid the crooks/scammers, take money away from them by warning people away, and make sure the good agencies continue to succeed.
