Are there any questions that you can ask the provider so that you can make sure she isnt LE or that it is a set up??
It has been my experience that most L/E divisions aren't trying to entrap hobbyists as much as they just want to keep it off the street and have SW cleared out of a specific area.
Just remember when you are on the phone line or communicating with a provider that you really shouldn't try to proposition her ...... first the obvious, if it is L/E then you have built them the case next... if it is truly an established provider she will see a blatant proposition as either bad manners or L/E
Check through the discussion board and read a bit. It should become very clear to you that propositioning an established provider is never a necessity.

So try to see if she'll get naked and let you touch her. Don't be obvious about the money or the sex until you both are engaged in something LE would not engage in.
If she is LE, she would try to record you incriminating yourself.
If you'd ended your subject line with "eom" and not posted any body text your reply would've been good. But since you didn't, there's a mess that needs sweeping up..........
While Tori is correct about where LE's main interests lie in "cleaning up the SW's" and her advice on what not to say to a provider are accurate, LE has been known to set up the ocassional incall sting. If they have a sting set up, you will be arrested if you enter the room. No matter how cool you play things, they've got you just for showing up & entering. All the suggestions such as: "don't undress until she does", "touch her privates or have her touch yours", or "don't discuss money or services" will not stop an arrest if it's a sting. They will have enough to arrest/prosecute just on you arriving (and entering the room) for the meeting that YOU set up! Certainly, discussing services & money is incredibly stupid as it cements their case with more evidence, but even if they see that you're not going "to solicit" them in the strictest definition of the term, they WILL STILL arrest you! O.K., that's the bad news. The good news? Arrests don't always equal convictions is part of the good news (so "playing it cool" can help A LITTLE in this aspect). But, mainly it's what Tori basically said. They don't really look to do these stings very often, so the chances are good that you'll never get stung in this fashion.

It's OK, I expected you to jump on and say something since I did.
If anyone else is reading, jjackflash is absolutely right about arresting you on the spot, and he's equally right about how difficult it is to get a conviction if you don't say or do anything to incriminate yourself. So play it cool. Tori is also right about incall stings being rare. It's not high priority for them and they mostly catch hobbyists just to fill their quota. They like to go after providers who do outcall because it's relatively safer than other crimes and they get a chance to spend a little time with a beautiful woman.
I know some ladies who have successfully gotten away during stings by playing it cool. Read my review of Jillian if you want to read an interesting true story where we escaped arrest.
