I just got an email from "TER SUPPORT" and I thought the members here should know, especially the ladies. Below is the email I received today.
"Over the next few weeks, we will be removing backpage ads and at some point, will no longer accept them.
Any profile that has another active ad, will no longer reflect a backpage ad.
It will for sure set those ladies apart to only advertise there.
Now while I do advertise on Backpage...I don't have a link to my ad in my profile. I just
wouldn't do that.
Seems like they are doing some cleaning up and making this site better than ever!!

I advertise on multiple sites, yet not always consistent. I recently saw a link to a so called AD which I never created on my profile. TER Support removed the link and I've been emailing that site to get that profile removed. As for removing BP advertising links, I'm completely supportive and I do also post there. I admit, I need to be more diligent with posting my availability here.

Regarding your question that I quoted in the subject line.
I understand from a couple of the ladies here that have been nice enough to mention that the problem with the May Happy Hour was that another board was included. I understand this and I would like to get a little feedback if this was the main concern or if there are others. Please PM me and let me know what you think or would like and lets see if we can make it happen. Most of the other areas have regular gatherings. I know we are lucky to have The Pleasure Concierge as a local and her wonderful extravaganzas. However I think there is room down here in S Fla for some regular events that get the members together.
If I get some positive feedback and/or suggestions I'l put another together exclusively for TER
From what people are telling me, BP is pretty much doomed anyway. Two escorts have told me in the last week they are exiting BP because of its issues.
With two recent exceptions, everyone I have seen in the last year does not exclusively advertise on BP and I found them through other sources.
If you recall, before BP there was Craig's List, and in the grand scale of things it wasn't that long ago that TER did not accept CL links.
Still BP gave new providers a place to start and part timers a way to get market exposure. My guess is the market will develop a mechanism to fill the need just like escort mall type resources did before CL & BP.
I'm not comfortable calling ads from BP anyway. I do check ads on back page but I don't call until I have checked reviews on TER or DC. If the provider is only on BP I won't call. You never know.
They are taking reviews that are submitted that have BP links and creating a new web page with the provider details and pictures. So, future reviews will not use BP but the web page created by TER for that provider.
I like it and it is nice to slowly transition reviews out of references to BP.
I've seen this "TERescorts" site recently on reviewed provider profiles here. Does anyone know if this is connected to TER or are taking advantage of the TER "name recognition"?

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you'll find 3 banners, one being TER.
On the very bottom, On the left side, mentions, if want a free website contact So& So from GFE C..........com (not sure I'm allowed to put full info. Well, curious me, I clicked that and it said website under construction and to go to TER for True GFE reviews.
I am not sure, maybe affiliates, maybe not.

I think who ever owns that site is using reviews to contact these newbie ladies. That could be a very sticky situation. The climate has become very hot this summer and if that's the case they could walk right into entrapment. Most realize a review is only as good as the reviewer that is if the review is real . Almost all new ladies are now on that site as if BP is getting swallowed up by them. Got my antennas up.
