What would have prevented this guy from getting an OK from a screening site?
For all any one knows he could have Okays on every screening site, along with current references from reputable providers. Highly unlikely, although no one can know for sure.
If you haven't been reading a serial killer has led authorities to the bodies of seven women he murdered. He claims many more. The most recent was a provider who answered his ad, on Back Page, for an outcall.
Be careful out there. I want nothing to do with that site.

One of my incall location is in Gary and it's in a nice quiet neighborhood with all working older to elderly people as my neighbors which I love. I have reviews about gents visiting and found it to be nice, hell I have regulars who always visit. Just as any other place, anything can happen regardless if you're in the suburbs, city or downtown. Don't assume all of Gary is bad because of a man who decided he wanted to go on a killing spree. Also screen, screen and more screen which wasn't being done. It could have easily happen anywhere, hell it has happened before in high end hotels. Yes, deep in Gary has a lot of abandon houses but I wouldn't know because I'm not far off the Skyway and expressway. A dear friend of mine knows of one of the ladies and it's heartbreaking to know she's no longer with us because of lack of screening. My heart goes out to the female victims, their families and friends. Again...SCREEN!!!
There's a neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago called Bridgeport that has a lot of nice, safe areas. However, a couple blocks away it's not so nice. I try not to test my limits, and avoid the South Side just like I did Gary, mostly because the areas are hit or miss, and knowing the area is very important before letting Siri guide me through the rough spots.

And guys, please realize how important providing proper information can be! It may seem tedious, but will keep everyone safe and sound!
I will definitely keep these girls in my prayers. I can only imagine the torture their families must be going through. Even though there are gentlemen, there will always be that small percentage of creeps. *shudders* Always be aware of your surroundings, let a friend know where you will be, and if something doesn't feel right, DON'T GO! You may have a negative feeling about missing out on a potential client, but I am sure OUR SAFETY IS AGREEABLY MORE IMPORTANT!
References are very important... and I know what PP was saying in the later part of this post. Yes she was 19 and went to a Motel 6 and probably didn't get any references (went by herself). If you read/watch the CNN video they will tell you more. They news is getting worse. Texas is starting to go through cold case files on him because he was arrested there on sexual assault a while back.
It is so important for everyone (including hobbyists) to do some sort of back ground check for everyones safety. We should all be out here for fun and yes... there are a lot of great people out here that just want to have fun but as Allison has stated ... there is that percentage that is really bad.
Hopefully everyone remembers to stay safe and have fun in the process.

Their Walgreens seems pretty safe place to use the restroom. I stopped their once on my way to another town, recently. The store had a nice security.

The girl he killed in Gary was 19 and working off of BP in a Motel 6. She wasn't screening clients. There's very little information on his other victims, some may have been escorts but only this 19-year old was a known escort. So far... stay tuned.
She was killed and her regular 56 then was a suspect.
One can never be too confident. Nothing and no one is 100% safe.

There have been other cases as well. I wanted to make the point that this 19-year old was operating with a friend of hers and her screening was probably nothing more than her asking him if he was a cop or being comfortable with his voice on the phone. Early on, I saw a number of these types of girls who screened by nothing more than my voice on the phone or by asking me if I was a cop - an answer of 'no' made us good to go.
Of course, there are no details about how the meeting came about but I suspect that poor girl did nothing like what's done here. I'm still wondering about the rest of his victims - he was a convicted sex offender so it's a pretty good assumption the other victims were in this biz.
reason why we have to screen. I try to propose the screening request as polite as possible, but not all take it lightly. Being not a cop is not enough (although cops also like to screw, just as much as priests, judges, anyone, taboo attracts people of all sorts of professions lol), but selecting a sane clientele is hard yet necessary. So here again my thanks to you for your support and understanding.

The serial killer was no pimp. My closest friend knew of one of the women and she had no pimp. She met him from lack of screening which I'm sure all his victims did.
that she couldn't escape from him and wanted her mother to know that her pimp killed her in case anything happened to her. The implication was that he was her pimp and killed her. Of course, the papers screw up facts all the time so you're probably right.
