It's been over 3 years since I played and plan on being in Vegas in July. I have quite a few P411 "ok's" and a few reviews here but they are all years old. How hard will it be to get re-verified and should I do it in advance if I know of a provider or two (or four...lol) I'd like to see? So many BEAUTIFUL choices in Vegas! Thanks!

And, I had no problems being verified.
As Dr. Gonzo mentioned your history with TER and P411 shouldn't make it too big of a deal. I always recommend you get screened a little ahead of time that way you can just focus on planning the fun.
