I concur with you in terms of the legitimacy of some agencies (or the lack of thereof). Some agencies are quite clever when it comes to bait and switch, level of sketchiness and a total disaster in terms of standards of service but logically, this business model is not sustainable; the poor practices of these entities inevitably lead to dissatisfaction from clientele and high turnover of ladies working for the particular business venture. I can't begin telling you how many "fly by night" agencies exist in Miami who only look at this as a temporary venue to make a quick buck at the expense of clients and ladies; extremely concerning and quite disappointing.
Please note also, that not all ladies are prepared to become independents immediately; they require training and coaching in order to make an informed decision about this profession; this could be an excellent life choice for those who utilize it as a vehicle to attain career and personal goals. Logically, some ladies are victims of unscrupulous individuals who take advantage of their situation and give agencies a horrible reputation, we are doing as much as we can on our end to rectify that bad rep by offering ladies a positive work environment and an infracstructre to grow and better their life as an upscale companion so that they can enjoy the financial freedom with the respect and consideration they deserve.
When we opened our service two years ago, we truly wanted to offer a holistic, upscale and unique experience with standards of service never seen before: safety, reliability, personal touch, discretion and of course professionalism.
We are extremely selective when it comes to clientele and ladies which translates into trust and sustainability. I feel that the major issue that most agencies experience is management and leadership. My partner Andrew and I have worked for numerous years in major successful corporations in the US holding various positions but we always had the entrepreneurial spirit that ultimately led to the Miami Dolls.
We treat our ladies with respect; we certainly encourage them to be better, we provide continuous training and support. We are the biggest proponents of education and self improvement; we always motivate our ladies to think about the future plus we have strict safety and screening procedures in place in order to protect their present and future endeavors. We listen to them, their needs, their concerns etc. but we are also extremely strict when it comes to poor character and irresponsible behavior.
We also treat our clients with courtesy and consideration never taking them for granted and always showing them how much we appreciate their patronage.
I hope that now, you have a more objective perspective about a somewhat small but, very different agency from the rest, at least, we want to think we are in a positive way.
