I do not consider MYSELF a very important person, but I certainly like to attract professionals who can pay the rate and want more than some gal who simply bends over. It's a marketing term, nothing more. It's about as overused as "Courtesan" and I cannot name any true courtesan who charges by the fkin hour and has dozens of reviews.
