You poor dear. You are known for craving Sushi and yet you have never been to Roys!  It is nationally famous for seafood. The one in Tampa is very nice and convenient , - just off the main drag in Westshore. Signature dish is Butterfish which I never seen on the menu anywhere else. If you like the one in Tampa, check with me before you drive back to Fort
Lauderdale.  I would love it if you could pull off I-75 and stop in Bonita Springs and Let me take you to the Roy's there.  I have the special sauce too.   JC

Hi all....quick question....has anyone been to Roy's Restaurant before? I am in search of trying to expand my taste buds from just Thai Food and Seafood. The menu looks fantastic. I have never had Hawaiian Fusion type food and I am eager to try. Thanks in advance!

I've been to Roy's in Pebble Beach, not Tampa, but it was awesome!

I will say first off Roy's is NOT my favorite sushi place in Tampa but if your looking for outstanding eclectic seafood based dishes it's top notch. Also Flemings next door is outstanding as well! Try Jacksons downtown for sushi, it's best in Tampa.

It was so gosh darn good. I had the Blackened Ahi Tuna for an appetizer then the Misoyaki Butterfish for dinner with a side of Kim Chee Vegetables. I was in Heaven. I will definitely go back there when I return to Tampa. Thanks all for the feedback....much appreciated!!! xoxo
