Just because a provider doesn't ask you directly for screening info doesn't mean you aren't being screened.
Many providers screen, some tell you they do others don't tell you that they are

Extensive reviews, I wanted to see her for a while and finally got in touch with her and arranged an appointment.  She confirmed.  Then nothing. Radio silent. No show, no notification.

UNTIL, oddly, I texted her that I would update TER.  At which point she replied (4.5 hours after our appointment time):
"As an independent provider I have every right to deny a customer at any point, without any reason. Go ahead and threaten me with TER. I have a clientelle beyond belief across the Country. My word against yours Buddy. Alls fair in this Industry."

She's right, of course, that she can deny any customer she wants.  When I said I was simply looking for the courtesy of a cancellation notice, she said this:
"And as an active member on all boards, I have no problem letting fellow hobbyists know that you provided me with no verification information and everyone knows I will always choose regulars over new clients. Good luck!"

Needless to say, she never requested verification, which I would have happily provided.  What I did not feel I needed to remind her of is that there are plenty of reliable, fantastic providers out there, so she won't be missed by me.

Better luck to you.

I basically know what it is. But exactly what is it? Every Provider I've seen including the current one I'm seeing has never asked me for Verification.

I also had an appointment with Tori/Naomi/Mila on a Friday a two weeks ago. I texted to confirm at 9:00 and she texted back all good. I arrived, waited, texted her, etc. but she wasn't answering. Later I got a text from her that she needed to go to the emergency room to have cyst removed from her wrist. Really? What happened after her confirmation after 9:00? Did her cyst just need medical attention in a span of a few hours? Obviously not. All I wanted was an apology but I never got one. When I pressed her that that was all I wanted, she remained defiant and pretty much said to me, "Good luck finding another provider."

I think T/N/M is young and although very cute and fetching, is just not professional and we are just dollar bills to her.  Just my two cents.

She has a grandiose sense of self.  Someone must of told her once that "whoever has the pussy wields the power" and she took it to heart.  What she doesn't realize is we have hundreds of other choices here in Chicago and that our money will just be spent elsewhere.  Thanks for the info guys.

You're supposed to attach a photocopy of your DL and business card to your first contact email sent to a provider.  She shouldn't have to request it.  Sheesh.  Get with the program!
