Kimmy doesn't appear to be available... yet. Give her 6 months - 1 year. Most of the reviewers are talking about her being one of the most beautiful stars to come along in a long while. If she makes it big, she might not be available for privates, or might cost a pretty penny when she is. It can go either way.
As for Boston... right now it looks like that website that has a name that is the Greek God of Love that TER won't let me mention in a post is your best bet for finding out who is in Boston.. I don't go to Boston as often as I used to so I'm not tuned in to which agencies bring girls there and when but I have seen agencies advertising porn stars in Boston.
