I agree. EVERYBODY is a lawyer. Once you guys meet. Your friends for the next 6-8 hours...

I'm surprised nobody said "Ask them if the are LE because they are suppose to tell you.  Otherwise, it's entrapment." Listen to Erica because she hit it on the head.  Once you walk through that door you just walked in to their web.  There IS NO getting out of it (At least not there.  Maybe your day in court but by that time the humiliation has already hit in many ways).

Bottom line, don't listen to ANY snake oil salesmen out there who seem to have all the answers of how to hobby.  Just do YOUR OWN homework like Erica mentioned.

If you want to put all your marbles in the TER basket of wisdom and/or you don't want to do your 5 minutes of homework (lazy ass) then... Yeah, don't pay up front and rush her, grab her and drive your tongue down her throat (like the others advised).  According to the others that won't get you arrested as well.

Once you're in their presence, they have you - period.  If you walk into a sting they are not going to let you simply walk out. In fact, trying to attempt it, putting your hands on her at all, may bring you more problems. One example: Last valentine's day there was a bust in Windsor Lockes, CT called OPERATION CUPID (you can google the city and operation name to see the report).  One of the eleven people arrested was given the additional charge of 4th degree sexual assault because they tried to do exactly what you describe - he wasn't forceful but reached out and tried to take her in his arms to kiss her.

As far as holding payment, that's not going to help you. Again, once you're in their presence, you're done.  The fact that you haven't taken the money out of your pocket doesn't make one bit of difference.  Additionally, most providers won't start the session until the money is paid.  While most guys are on the up and up there are those who go into the session and if they get the goods before payment, they refuse to pay or pay less than her rate "oh gee, that's all I brought...".  It's a common ploy to try and get over and it's one most providers are aware of.  Even trying to hold payment will raise her suspicion and stop or ruin what might have been a great session.

The best way to avoid LE, IMO, is to spend 3-10 minutes online and screen the provider.  Check to see that she has a review history.  Google her information to see if anything negative pops up or if her phone/email is connected to other women.

When you meet up with the girl prior to exchanging money.  If you make out with her a bit is that a good way to see if she is not LE?  LE will not do stuff at all with a client would they?

First of all read her Reviews if she has any. You don't want to be the first one that sees her.

I never pay before the Session begins. I always pay after the Session is over. If no money is handed over before you make out with her, then I'd say she's not an undercover cop.

Since you don't have any reviews and have to my knowledge never named one girl that you have seen, just who are these girls that you don't pay until afterwards?  Put up or shut up

I'd be more than happy if that tool would simply shut up instead. lol

Finally, a sexual double standard working in our favor!  The "LE Check" (making out/getting naked/feeling each other up/etc) is not super reliablle for providers as a male cop will gladly participate and explain that it was just something they "had to play along" until they got confirmation that an illegal act was in progress.  But no way is a female cop going to get naked with you or let you grab her boobs to bust a hobbyist.  Maybe a little peck on the cheek, but highly unlikely that they are willing to go far enough to convince the average "john" they aren't a cop. ROGM is right that TER reviews are a solid procedure, but I think a good LE check is more fun.

As far as holding payment, again, once you're in their presence you're not going to be able to leave.

There is an old adage among prosecutors "If we win the guy goes to jail, if he wins we go out and get some beers."

but this ia a moot point. Once you walk through the door, you're a goner regardless of what you do or don't do. There was a sting a while back where I recall the female LE was in some cases assisting in pulling johns into the room by acting "welcoming". She may have extended her hand for a handshake as he walked in, anything to get him to walk through the doorway. I don't believe the act of knocking on her door is an arrestable offense - I think you have to walk through the door for a bust to be legit.

As we all assume that female LE won't do anything, you just don't know. Some LEO may be willing do a kiss on the cheek to get you through the door. Never assume anything about the tricks LE will pull.

Male LE has gone and will go all the way and then make the bust.

Guys who put there hands on LE are charged with sexual assault. Source Maryland court case search.

Just as the girls do their verification on the gentlemen, the gentlemen need to do their verification of the girl. Google is your friend for everything. If you do not subscribe now then you need to subscribe to spokeo, verifyhim, and other sites. I have found that verify him is just as informative for the gentlemen as it is for the women. I have found some long lost friends on verifyhim that are females. If you have an email that you use regularly than you can find them.

Also, if the email when you google it does not hit any site.... then you ask for an email they use regularly. If there phone number comes back as a google number, then you ask for a cell number and you dont take anything but a cell. (Sorry girls the guys have to protect themselves also). Also, if the gentlemen are not sure if the girl is le then dont go see her.

If you are taking chances and going to the lower star hotels well then all i can say is let the buyer beware. If you ask my friends they will tell you, girls and guys are not annonymous regardless of the name they use. The point of all this verification is safety for all just use the tools that are in front of you and you will be safe.

The last piece of advice I tell everyone is have a nice chat with the person. You can tell by the conversation if the person is le or not. LE will be coy and not answer your questions, a legitimate gentlemen or girl will have a general conversation and your gut will tell you if you are comfortable with the gentlemen or girl or not.

Its not hard to do just use your common sense to determine who to see and decline meeting if you feel its not a fit

I have been in the business for a long time on and off.  SP is right about one thing, and providers should always ask their new clients if they are LE, if they say they are not, even though they are LE, then that is considers: "Entrapment!"  Erica is right that Everybody needs to do their homework before they meet regardless.  Also as for Courtney of what she said that VH is for providers only.  Courtney, there are so many hackers and crazy people out there that will pretend to be women in order to get access to it.  How?  They can use their friends that are females or get a paid visa with a fake name on it in order to have access to it.  Or even have girlfriends that are providers use them.  So, there is no way of knowing, unless you want to skype, I don't even know that is safe anymore either.  The way our world is today, it is crazy.  So, like I said, please take the time to do your homework.  LE is on every sites you can think of, so don't let that fool you.  The last time I read, the majority of LE uses Backpage and Eros in order to set up the sting.  From what I gather, why they are doing this, not so much about STD or money or both, they are looking for girls that are underage or run aways, and for Johns that are sexual predators.  We are all trying to survive here, because our country is already crippled.  But again, this may not be the only case, they are going after the prostitutions and the Johns as well, why, possible to raise more taxes as usual, again, our country is not in good shape.  So Courtney, please don't be mad at me, I am only saying this to help you to see that there are other ways men can get into as well.

That is not what entrapment is or how it works as a legal defense. Doing this will do absolutely nothing for you except give you a false sense of security...and possibly a free ride downtown.

FYI... If you read my post correctly, I was making a joke about how people believe that the asking of "if your LE" if a defense...  NO!!!  It's not.  There is no such this as entrapment in this world.  Your guilty no matter what.  That was my point.

No, people asking if anyone is LE does you no good.

That's all... It's late.
