I believe Kala is still active, but uses another name here on TER. She has very recent reviews.

Here's what I'll do. I'll contact Kala and give her your contact details. Then it will be up to her to see if she want to follow through. I'm a little hesitant to impart information to someone I don't know, nor am I certain that Kala wants her past to be known.
Penny (who turns 54 today) is still listed on Pam Peak's website so it's possible she's available through Pam. Pam has a habit though of not updating her website regularly so your best bet is to go to the link below and contact Pam to find out for sure. Be aware that Pam requires a deposit in advance for all dates.

And of course anything is always worth a shot as far as an email, but I certainly agree with you in that Pam does not update her site; as Pam pretty much just has every female who has ever been in the business (at one time or another) listed on her site. And it actually takes about 10 minutes just to scroll through the hundreds of names/photos on there.
