Day "rate" used to be available but it was not by the hour I believe you can get that near the airport but certainly not in a nicer property.
But I doubt you'll have much luck in Boston this time of year.
There's a few places on rt 1 near Gillette Stadium that offer 3 hour "day rates" before 6pm, but you really only save $10-$15 off their regular rates. They're not exactly upscale establishments either... they make the Super 8 look like a 5 star hotel in comparison.
Your best bet is to use priceline, you may get lucky and get a 2 or 3 star hotel for around $80.
But my math isn't so great, it is a substantial savings.

Can I walk in, ask the day rate and get into a room immediately? I've been looking for a place like that.. do they want any personal info?
No personal info, they just give you the room which will be good because you can see girls after hours there for free and with the discounted rate seeing the girls after hours you'll save a bloody fortune.
All over that specialize in short stay. New York, too. Mirrors on the ceiling, hot tubs, see through shower, stripper poles, private garage parking, liquor cabinets. Lots of fun. Executive Hotels Miami.
Extra towels, extra wash cloths, extra soap, linens changed every 45 minutes, a headboard that doesn't squeak and a room near the ATM too?
