Concerned about a LE set up

Im new, saw an add in eros houston and called for a visit to my hotel. the provider answered, was very nice, and engaging - no pressure.  However, I backed out because running in my mind was could it be a set up? How do I know?

Well, you can't really ever absolutely know.  BUT...you can reduce the chance to almost zero by, well, using this website.

Search for reviews on the provider you have chosen.  If the provider has multiple reviews by reviewers who, themselves, have done multiple reviews, you are generally pretty safe.

Getting the bait & switch or getting almost nothing for your money are much more common bad events in the Hobby than walking into an LE sting.  Not to say it doesn't happen - but you're far more likely to be disappointed in a session if you pick a provider with no reviews than you are to be walking into something LE-related.

So - check TER and keep a listen to your local news.  If they're cracking down, be even more careful.  There should be plenty of providers in the Houston area that have enough reviews to make you feel safe.

If a gal has no reviews, is engaging and friendly, can't wait for you to come over and never asks the most rudimentary screening questions of you (ala-Craigslist); you may want to proceed with all do caution.

 If the gal has several reviews here on TER you stand an exceptionally good chance she is NOT your biggest fear.

 As with any venture that has a risk factor; you must compile as much discernable data to make the least temerarious choice from.

If the provider has a couple pages of reviewers, the Reviewers have an established reputation, (particularly in the City you are Hobbying)..... you are probably certain she isn't L/E.

If you can find posts, reviews and other evidence that she has been in TER archives for a considerable amount of time..... (another, probably not L/E)

If you check the regional board and she has been active in discussion, she probably isn't co-operating with L/E  (* because if she was arrested she would have missed the opportunity to post and ......if she is posting and working with L/E, this could be referred to as enticement or entrapment by a defense attorney, L/E probably wouldn't risk blowing a conviction*)

A providers reputation and her current status is one of the most certain things about the hobby, in regards to L/E activity with a provider, if you use TER as an effective tool.

**You are through the first hurdle, now start working on the actual conversation that will convince this provider to see you. (*in other words, convince her that you aren't L/E*)

call her over.  LE is reluctant to send 1 officer into a place they can't controll.  Don't talk about money but have your envelope out in plain sight when she arrives.  It's your place, you are entitled to have an envelope of money sitting around if you want.

Make sure she gets naked.  She's probably more worried that you are LE and will ask you to get naked and feel her up.  Don't discuss sex or money until you are inside her, anywhere.  

The only that is illegal is sex for money.  Companionship for money is legal.  Escorting is legal.  And having sex with your girlfriend who you know personally and give gifts to is legal.  And if you do get busted, it's a misdemeanor - maybe $500-$1500 for a first offense and they may threaten to post your pic on their website.  

Remember Texas loves to use their death penalty! :-) just kidding!

Yeah, but having a prostitution misdemeanor on your record won't look good when go to look for a job or an apartment.  The fine is nothing.

I'd add stay away from hotels, especially if you know nothing about the girl.
