The question has been asked before. I am attaching a link so you can see my response. Please note that a fetish is not akin to just an extreme liking for something that is arousing - a true fetish is a SUBSTITUTE for intercourse. Hence, if you prefer running your hands through soft hair and feeling it against your skin in lieu of intercourse, then it is a fetish.
Unfortunately popular media has completely misrepresented fetishes and nowadays, anyone with a liking for an object believes s/he has a fetish for it. So if you prefer stroking hair to intercourse, then I would venture to say that you do have a hair fetish. This is not uncommon in terms of fetishes, although stroking hair rather than having sex IS uncommon in itself. If you are on this website, I suspect that is not the case.
