Hotels with video surveillance

I wonder HOW the busy desk staff would know that specific "guests" were going to her room. That is kind of crazy. I don't know about anyone else, but after a few years of this, I walk in the doorway and walk towards where I believe the elevators to be. Mostly I am right, when not, I casually look around and find my way there. Now, how would anyone working the front desk  think I am there for ONE specific guest? I act like I AM a guest!

I went to see a provider that I have seen a few times and has reviews on here. She was staying at low budget motel as she was tight on cash. When she went to the front desk in the morning to extend her stay she was told that she had a lot of traffic which was seen on camera.

Not sure if the hotel asked her to leave or if she left on her own, but she was out of there and had to cancel my appointment.

Guys and ladies who want to know the name of the hotel PM me. The lady requested not to me named. Since she is reputed her name is not important but the name of the hotel is IMHO. I avoid this hotel, but went yesterday since I know the lady.

Stay safe out there.

Any upscale hotel will  mploy video surveillance to protect its guests.  These hotels will discourage a lot of bad actors.  Perhaps counter-intuitive but it could be a good thing for a hobbyist.  I know one provider that uses a "suites" hotel and tells the front desk that she is recruiter to front the issue of heavy traffic.  Most places you go today use video surveillance from Nordstroms to Starbucks.

Posing as a recruiter is a good idea

I stay in an upscale hotel (suite) and never had any issues. I also tip everyone. They love me here and leave me alone. I would rather pay more for the security and protective area. I would feel more comfortable that way.

I agree and do the same.  However, the original post did say low budget hotel.  Maybe they received a complaint.  Maybe LE suggested that there might be a reason to monitor the guests more closely.  I know that there is a lower budget chain hotel on the exit that I take to get off the expressway and I tend to see a lot of LE activity there, compared to the other parts of our village.

You never know who considers themselves the morals police. Maybe this was an establishment with outside entrances and nosy desk staff. It could even have been specific to that staff member and not necessarily normal policy.

very large complex (so you get lost in amongst the neighbors) with only two neighbors on my floor.  Also, I have never see more than one or two people in a day.  I have had a few ladies tell me they were asked to leave their hotel rooms because of the traffic.  It is not the front desk watching you for the most part, it's security.  Unless a hotel is extremely low budget it has security!  Please be safe ladies (and gentlemen)

Private In-call is the best way to go. It seems the hotels are getting stiffer about not wanting working ladies on their premises. Especially the ones who see many per day.  I, like Amanda am low volume and don't draw attention to myself for that very reason.

and if I happen to have my mini laptop with me. I HIDE it so it doesn't end up missing.

Happy Thursday ALL! Carly

Seemed to be no one around (always a plus) and I felt very safe there. It sure beat the hell out of a hotel.

BTW, Amanda gives a great massage - she's a real pro. She worked wonders for a bad neck kink I walked in with and took care of the other areas later :-)

Frankly I am more concerned about providers recording @ their incalls.  Don't be naive, a lot do it for safety.  Ever notice a laptop flipped open and aimed at the bed?

not to record anything

that's just plain old rude and weird

more of a guy thing to do I suspect

I like porn but am not so desperate that I would record a client session behind their back

most ladies would just need to say hey, wanna create a sex tape with me? some guys may jump at the chance, most won't.

i just suspect the number is so low that it is not a worthwhile fear.

I have clients tell me stuff all the time and recording their session is one I have NEVER heard happen. I don't suspect I ever will either.

They have cams mounted on the hall ceilings (usually hidden in fixtures) and security is watching the traffic going down each hallway on a rotating basis. It doesn't take long to figure out that certain rooms are getting a lot of male visitors and they already know it's a female guest staying in the room. Even security guys are bright enough to put two and two together and the smaller the place is, the easier it is to monitor.

That's very true about the smaller the place, the easier it is to monitor. A smaller hotel might have only had a few check-ins the entire day. It's not that hard to recognize the faces of everyone staying at the hotel. In fact, it's hard not to. No matter how much you might true to "look like you're supposed to be there," it just doesn't really help much at all. It's already probably a little weird that a young solo female is staying for just one night or two. And then once they notice two or three guys entering the same room during the day (without the female leaving for large parts of the day), it's not hard to put two and two together.

Of course there are things that everyone should do to try and help to blend in. But nobody should think that they're some special secret agents that are adept at tricking the hotel staff into looking invisible during their stay. I believe it's just an unwritten rule that the hotel staff looks the other way. And for that, I am thankful.

That's true. There are the nosy morals police and there are a lot of decent people who look the other way. I'm reminded of a time when I left a lady's room flushed and obviously satisfied and ran into a janitor who I'm sure saw me leave the room. A little pleasantry and a ride down the elevator and that was it.

Like Pirate and other have pointed out they look for a traffic pattern and then zero in on the room. It's not the front desk but the security staff that checks cameras.

I check out their fact sheet. It has info such as how many rooms and what not. I like em 200 and up. Also if it's upscale and you tip like a rockerfella and spend money in their restaurant and bars they tend to see the greener…I mean bigger picture.

Hotels do not like problems, especially larger upscale properties.  If you and your clients are not a bother, then they will not bother you.  If you are loud and there is a headboard that constantly bangs against the wall, you might have a reason for a complaint to be filed against you.  Common sense prevails.  Also, did you know that the hotel knows how many times you lock and unlock the door to a room.  Your electronic room key records when you enter and leave a room which is stored on the hotel's computer.  This is for their protection.
